The application of mixer in construction engineering is very extensive, so how to maintain it? Today I will give you eight tips for proper maintenance of stirring equipment!

        1. Re-start: when there is a failure of the stirring equipment, it is not urgent to start first, and then ask for the failure and before and after the failure. For unfamiliar equipment, the principle and structure of the circuit should be familiar and the corresponding rules should be followed. Removal should be thoroughly familiar with all electrical components before the function, location, connection mode and its relationship with other devices around, in the absence of the assembly diagram, should disassemble, side of the tag.

         2. Internal: first, check the equipment for obvious cracks, defects, the history of maintenance and service life, etc., and then check in the machine. The fault factors should be excluded before the demolition, so that it can be removed after the failure in the machine. Otherwise, the equipment will be removed blindly and may be damaged.

         3. Mechanical post-mechanical: the electrical inspection should be performed only after determining that the mechanical parts have no trouble. When checking the fault of the circuit, the detection instrument should be used to locate the fault location, confirm the non-contact fault, and then check the operation relation of the line and machinery, so as not to misjudge.

         4. Static post dynamic: when the equipment is not energized, the equipment button, transformer, thermal relay and fuse can be judged and the fault is determined. Electrical test, listen to its sound, measure parameters, judge faults, and finally repair. If the three phase voltage value cannot be determined when the motor is missing, it should be listened to the sound and measure each relative voltage separately to determine which phase defect.

         5. Clean after maintenance: clean the electrical equipment with heavy pollution, clean the buttons, wiring points and contact points first, and check whether the external control key fails. Many failures are caused by dirt and conductive dust.

         6. After the power supply: the failure rate of the power supply part is high in the whole fault equipment, so the power supply can be twice as effective.

After failure to debug: for debugging and troubleshooting electrical equipment, the fault should be eliminated first, then the adjustment must be carried out on the premise of the speed of the electric circuit.

8. General and special: failure caused by faulty fitting of parts or other equipment, usually accounts for about 50% of common failures. The special faults of electrical equipment are soft faults, which should be measured and repaired by experience and instrument.
